He was labelled as an NFL bust after being drafted in the first round by the Baltimore Ravens in 2013, but what's their loss is the Saskatchewan Roughriders' gain! Matt Elam has stepped in to a starting role for the Riders in the last few weeks and has been one of the best players on the field since.
