Sat. April 1st, 2023 Homily by FadaPeterBenson: HE DIED TO SAVE THOSE CONDEMNED TO DEATH.

TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Scripture relates that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (cf. Rom. 3:23) and that the wages of sin is death (cf. Rom. 6:23). Hence, like the Israelites of old, we're condemned by God, rejected by Him and doomed for eternal damnation as a result of our sins. Nevertheless, in His never ending compassion, mercy and love He came in our human nature in the person of Jesus Christ in order to save us from sin, damnation and death, thereby bringing us life Eternal and restoring us into full communion with God our Father. May you find peace and the fullness of life in God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
