TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. If what you aspire to as your source of joy and happiness and things that are earth-bound, then true and lasting joy, inner peace and enduring happiness will certainly elude you as such are transient. Jesus in the Gospel of today admonishes us not to anchor our joy, peace, happiness and sense of fulfilment on anything mundane, carnal and earth-bound but on what is eternal and enduring. Let us, like Our Lady of the Holy Rosary; the Blessed Virgin Mary, aspire after the values of the kingdom of God.
