Sausalito City Manager Arrested, ApCal Rock’N Ranch Free Concert & Tate Brothers Arrested

ABC7 reports that newly hired Sausalito City Manager Elaine Forbes was arrested on suspicion of burglary after authorities say she was found aboard yachts she did not own and appeared to be trying to operate one of them. The arrest came less than three weeks into her tenure and only days after the City Council approved a leave of absence. Her family says she is undergoing a mental health crisis, while authorities continue investigating the incident.  ApCal Rock’N Ranch's planned free anniversary concert was changed into a fundraiser after the venue was informed that its alcohol license would not allow a free concert in its original form. To comply with the rules, owner Darren Schmall turned the event into a benefit for Central Valley Honor Flight, allowing the concert to proceed while supporting a local veterans charity.  Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami and are fighting extradition to the United Kingdom, where they face serious allegations related to rape, sex trafficking, assault, and other offenses.
