from Adam · host Adam Webber
Savannah shares her story about the first time she faced a fear in life. She was hanging out with her cool cousin and his friends when they all decided to go to the waterpark. Savannah wanted to go but she also knew that she was afraid of heights. That day she had to face down her fear and if it was not for her cousin she might have never taken on her fear of heights. Savannah also talks to us about mediation and how important it is to start off your day with a meditative practice. She talks about our anxieties in life and how persistence to become better is the key. Savannah is a Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation Teacher and Birth Doula at http://EarthandWater.co who helps women unleash their inner warrior goddesses through chakras, mindset and alignment work so that they can conquer the battles of life, feel more supported in their ventures and love who they are.
