Darcy Olsen, former president of the Goldwater Institute and now President and CEO of Gen Justice has a goal: To make sure that every foster child is loved and cared for; and, has every chance and opportunity to thrive and reach their highest potential.As a single mother of four fosters, who she then adopted, Darcy is living example of grace and fortitude and what God can do to raise up the very least of us.
