Save Your Labels For Your Clothes
from Papa Don't Preach Hosted by Obi & Bennet
Coming back stronger than your dads morning breath. Your favorite patriarchs are back and better than ever. Catching up with our dads we get a little culture by learning about Persian New Year. Different methods of explaining death to toddlers are compared and Zan questions if his overly complimentary 2 year old is just playing him. We also talk about how conversations with your kids change as they grow older and how to handle when they discover the comedic gold that is the word “butt”. Our dads then take a second to celebrate women’s history month by highlighting some of the most influential women in their lives and giving the verbal finger to one specific woman for being the absolute worst. Stepping into our main subject we get into labels. The different affects they can have on kids, the labels that the dads were dealt as kids, how it influenced their own lives, and how to use labels to encourage and support your progeny. To top it all of the dads air out their weekly grievances and Obi doesn’t experience racism while not telling you where to get the best donuts downtown.
