With a background in Air Force Security Forces and years of experience as a Minnesota State Patrol dispatcher, Nicholas has 19 years of crisis intervention under his belt. His commitment to saving lives is evident in the fact that he has handled 124 crisis calls, and every individual is still alive today. A suicide survivor himself, Nicholas understands the importance of mental health and has dedicated his life to helping others overcome PTSD.
