ABOUT YG NYGHTSTORM: Known as the BODYGUARD of Georgia, YG Nyghtstorm has a long history of protecting people because he was literally built by his community. YG was sexually assaulted as a child in 1985 at age 11 and was homeless in 1992 by age 18. But by the Grace of God and the love from many, HE TOOK COMMAND OF HIS LIFE and he has been a successful security professional in charge of commercial properties worth over $1 BILLION. YG has worked with special forces to extract children from sex trafficking while also protecting single mothers and their children from gang assassination. ​After running for U.S. Congress 7th District of Georgia in 2022, Mr. Nyghtstorm now focusses on de-escalation in the hardest hit High Schools in America suffering from violence and gang activity. The Nyghtstorm National Mentorship Program has a high success rate of children walking away from violence, embracing accountability, conflict resolution and critical thinking. The students ranging from 6th grade to 12th grade develop a better relationship with their teachers at school and parents at home. Pushing past the darkness of losing his twin sons in 1999 and his eldest son in 2008, this father of 7 remaining adult children is serious about protecting the VALUE of families. Parental REUNION is the Key as YG reconnects kids with their dads and trains BOTH parents to have a successful co-parenting relationship. Faith is the main component of reconnection, while empowering surrounding communities and vastly improving the immediate culture. The leadership program is effective in both schools and businesses. Nyghtstorm also runs a major program in South Florida finding housing for homeless veterans, providing therapy for veterans suffering from depression, suicide attempts and PTSD. YG helps our heroes get their dignity back and protects the soldiers that protect our great country. His veteran program was featured on CBS Miami for its high success rate and incredible community impact.
