MaKenzie Tiegs is a former paramedic, host of the Raw Thoughts Podcast, and EMS champion. As a first responder and daughter of first responders, she has spent years dealing with the problems and lack of support in the EMS field. This is an enormous problem in the great state of Idaho with many community EMS providers relying on volunteer service to put together a minimal response team. The Boise area is home to many counties and ways of life. It’s also home to many law enforcement agencies, like Ada County and Canyon county Sheriff offices, Idaho State Police, Eagle Police Department, Meridian Police Department, and many more. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse.
