The other day, H. Sterling Burnett, director of the Arthur B. Robinson Center for Climate and Environmental Policy at The Heartland Institute, was a guest on the Steve Gruber Show. He was invited back on the program to talk about the effort by The Heartland Institute and others to stop a massive wind project off the shore of Virginia to protect the criticially endangered right whale.
