Hello all you love birds in Car RayRob land! February is the month of Love here at SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FILM! To kick off the festivities, Rob has brought another one of his personal favorites with Francis Ford Coppola's take on the modern musical, ONE FROM THE HEART! Starring the late and great Teri Garr, Frederic Forrest, Raul Julia and Nastassja Kinski, this off-kilter musical centers on Frannie (Garr) and Hank (Forrest) on their ill-fated 5th anniversary. After a series of mixed signals and a love growing cold, Frannie and Hank break up with each head out for a night on the town with what they see as their ideal partner. Under the bright lights of Las Vegas, these jilted lovers must see if the grass is truly greener on the other side or if their love hides a diamond in the rough. Bolstered by supporting performances from Harry Dean Staton and Lainie Kazan and a dazzling score by Crystal Gayle and Tom Waits (making his SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FILM return!), Francis Ford Coppola pushes the boundaries of what a musical can be and adds an underappreciated gem into his audacious filmography.  Will the magnetic score and out of this world production design be enough to woo Ray's heart?
