Running a small business means making priorities and saying no when things are not right.  Mary Gaul talks about how to make stick to business priorities.  As a business owner, it is hard to say no because it can feel like you may be missing out on a good opportunity.   Mary Gaul, our productivity expert, shares her thoughts on why saying no is important.   She shares, "[my priority] is what I know I need to be doing in my business to move it forward to whatever my goal is, it's really hard to say no to that shiny object thing, right?
