In this episode I am going to be changing things up a bit and playing with the format a bit so please bear with me and let me know what you think of the changes. In the first part of the episode I am going to talk about something simple, gratitude. It is such a little thing with such a big impact, and it's pretty shitty that it is not as common as it should be.
