Say Thank You to Your Problems

from Horse Hippie’s Morning Mantras · host Horse Hippie

Morning Mantra: “Focus on your opinion of yourself and not the opinion others have of you.”We tend to try to hide our negative traits, the things were not crazy about within ourselves. We push them down inside and never address their effects on our emotional well-being.  But those issues offer a great opportunity for growth.  Instead of feeling bad about what you perceive is lacking in yourself, appreciate it as a new awareness. If you ignore it, you can’t change it.Notice what’s bothering you and say, “Thank You”. Thank you for revealing a part of me that needs compassion, curiosity, courage and love.  Then try to view all problems or issues as challenges. Look upon negativities that arise as opportunities to learn, and to grow. Don’t run from them, condemn yourself, or bury your burden in silence. You have a problem? Great! Rejoice, dive in, and investigate.By facing our challenges or shortcomings and overcoming them, we grow stronger, wiser, and more compassionate. Self-care is also addressing your own problematic thoughts and behaviors. We must all do our own deep self-work to be emotionally healthy and available..#BeGratefulForProblems  #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #WordsToInspire #InspirationalQuotes #HorseHippieBoutique #SmallBusinessOwner #WomenOwned #HorseHippieBoutiqueQuotes: Gabby Bernstein and  John Templeton
