Saying I love you !

I was having a conversation with a close friend the other day, and we were talking about the word I love you. And as we were having this conversation, it came to my attention that I don't say I love you very often to those that I'm close to, like my family and friends. I just don't say very often, and I'm not sure exactly why. It's kind of a weird thing for me, but I'm being challenged now to say it more often. Now, I say it here, but it's not the same thing as saying it to you directly because I do love you. And I do love those that are in my world, especially my close family and friends. So my challenge to you is to notice what you are saying and to say it with real emotions, and to say I love you more often because none of us know how long any of us are going to be around.
