The Cecil Hotel was built in 1924 and has seen its fair share of suicides, murders, and serial killer guest. The hotels deadly past was not known to a 21 year old Canadian tourist in town for the first time. Elisa Lam fell victim to this hotels troubled past, but was her death really an accident?
