Cocaine was the rich person's drug of the nightclubs all around the world, until it was discovered that crack rocks could be made and sold for a fraction of the price. Over 60 cubic metric tons of cocaine was making its way undetected every year into the United States. Did the U.S. Government turn a blind eye to cocaine smuggling?
