Yes, So coming up on June 9th, we have got the primaries here in South Carolina. And we all know that a lot of people are very interested in this Senate race. Lindsey Graham running against Mark Lynch. But there's another candidate out there that I want to introduce you to. His name is Thomas Demuc. 01:40 and he joins us right now thomas welcome they charlie thanks a lot of me on appreciate absolutely yes sir so what made you decide to run for the senate i tried to let me give you a quick story and they'll help can i be a paid on every every every answer i get me out of it i would have no no i have a subject i hard to want to get the picture that the bank of the internet broke apartment again broke again if i kept making there's got to be 02:08 an easy way of fixing this. Surely can't be this complicated. So basically I climbed down into it, fixed the pipes, and got out of there. And so Charlie, that's really where I am now, honestly, politically speaking. I am just a regular guy. I am just a normal husband, father of five. I live in New York, South Carolina. And I truly feel like that's kind of where I am with our federal government. It's a septic tank. And someone's got to go in there and fix this problem, get in and get out. I'm just really frustrated with it as a- 02:39 And also, Charlie, I'm just kind of, I'm a hypocrite because for years I've been voting for Lindsey, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. And I think that's kind of insanity. And I just want to do my part. I have a certain thing that I'm very passionate about, but ultimately it comes down to I'm just really very frustrated with our federal government. We don't need another politician. We just need someone who, a citizen who can actually understand us and hear our voice. 03:05 Do you feel like we are being represented in Washington appropriately? Sir, no, I don't. that's the point. You know, Lindsay's been there for a long time, and I'm a firm believer of term limits. Let's get in and get out. I don't think that's what we were designed for. I think the government was designed for it, is that people get in and get out. And so, no, that's the point. I believe there's a huge separation. And part of my little, I guess, slogan, I guess you could say, is just call me Thomas. 03:34 I am just a regular guy and we have created and we, us, we've kind of created this separation because we put people on these pedestals of eliteness that are untouchable. I feel like there's a double standard, even a double standard of justice. And uh I tell you Charlie, the more I'm into this, can absolutely prove to you, yes, there's double standard, there's injustice and there's a huge separation. uh And it is a true septic tank and it bothers me to be in this. I don't want this. 04:03 Honestly, I'm probably the first person to tell you I don't even want this job. I just want to do the job and get back home. I have no strength attached to me, Charlie. I'm truly blessed to what I love to do. I'm out of debt. I have no one attached to me at all. No one really, there's strings. I have nothing to prove, but other than just I'm just fed up and there's someone has got to stand up for us and speak for us. So to answer your question, no, sir.
