Scalability - You did it right once, now do it 300 more times.

Today the XR at Work guys talk about how to scale a recent "win"' with a pilot project to the larger enterprise.   The way you handled these in the beginning likely won't work for the long-haul: 1. Procurement of devices and software (Big difference between buying one and buying 50.) 2. Security (We have to tell the Security Group what we're up to.) 3. Device Management (that spreadsheet is not going to cut it!) 4. Application Management (Who has what version?!) 5. User Support (They're going to need help for a long time....) 6. Analytics and Reporting
