The company employs over 750 people and has scaled to 14 cities across the country, while still remaining headquartered in Columbus. Last year, Joel was ranked as the #6 CEO nationally with Glassdoor for all companies with less than 1,000 employees, which reflects the values that have been ingrained inside the organization.   --   Ready for more?
