Dave MacLeod is the CEO of Rossland-based Thoughtexchange, best known for developing a platform that crowd-sources ideas from groups ranging from 10 to 100,000 people. It's one of the B.C. tech companies experiencing huge growth amidst the pandemic. MacLeod is also the author of Scaling Conversations: How Leaders Access the Full Potential of People.
