In 2026, she received an MBE in His Majesty The King’s New Year Honours List for her services to women’s entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and gender equality.Carolyn also shares examples of women across Scotland who are building successful companies, often quietly and creatively, and sometimes against significant odds.
