Shoemaker Honorary Lecturer Ernest J. Grant, PhD, RN, FAAN, at the 2023 Critical Care Congress to discuss the shortage of critical care nurses. Survey results reveal that nurses continue to experience burnout and frustration. They discuss how to leverage data to best support nurses now and in the future.
