Scenes and Motions: George Staib and Sarah Hillmer of Staibdance

In early October 2019, Atlanta-based choreographer George Staib and his dance company Staibdance present the world premiere of “fence”, their most political and socially driven work to date. Staib and collaborator Sarah Hillmer talk to host Edward McNally about the personal and political struggles that inspired "fence" and different creative elements that we combined and blended to great this dance work about what takes our personal power, and how we reclaim it.
