SCF Special Ep01

Stanley Cup Final Special Episode 01 Download Link Welcome to a special edition of Canucks Corner! This is the much suggested, but never promised, Stanley Cup Finals edition! Today I look at Game 6 of the 2017 Stanley Cup Finals between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Nashville Predators. The Penguins are up 3 games to 2, and they return to Nashville to try to win their second Stanley Cup in a row, while the Preds try desperately to push the series to a Game 7 back in Pittsburgh. I also have a special guest joining me on this special pod. My son, Aidan, joins me during the Postgame show, to talk about his favourite team and how they did. It's a short episode, and one note that I have to correct is I mention that Matt Murray is the first player to win Cups in his first two years- that is untrue- in fact, he is the first goalie to win Cups in his first two years. Even Ken Dryden had to wait another year before he got his second. Remember kids: Knowing is half the battle! Canucks Corner is also on Google Play! Click on the link in the upper left. In any case, until we pod again... keep your stick on the ice! Here's the Twitter - follow for podcast news! Here be Facebook - friend for... er... friendliness 😊 (and podcast news maybe) Here be The Masters of Feng Shui Facebook - by Greg Shaughnessy, the bloke that does the opening and closing theme to the podcast. If you like what you hear, search him up on iTunes - he's got his first album available for download. (I own it... every time I listen to it, it gets better!)
