School Safety Drills, Santee Cybersecurity Incident, Padres Playoff Tickets

Governor Newsom has just signed the "Safe and Prepared Schools Act" into law, changing how schools across the state carry out safety drills. The City of Santee is paying more than half a million dollars to resolve what it calls a cybersecurity incident.
