A case in which the Court held that someone who files for bankruptcy is allowed to retain the value of certain property that would otherwise be sold to pay off debts, up to a certain dollar limit; if the value of the property is more than the individual in bankruptcy estimated, the value above the pre-determined limit may be used to pay creditors.
