Dr Lisa Gabel earned her PhD in physiology and neurobiology, and an MA in Psychology/ Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Connecticut. The research in her laboratory focuses on investigating the neurobiological mechanisms and underlying neurodevelopmental disorders (translating findings from genetic animal models to humans).
