Francisco Fonseca é engenheiro especializado em renováveis offshore e conta com uma década de experiência no sector. Com um mestrado em engenharia mecânica no técnico e um mestrado executivo em sistemas sustentáveis de energia trocou o doutoramento e a academia pela ciência de fronteira.
