The film is a reimagining of the classic Hanna Barbera Scooby Doo cartoon. The film features Scooby and Shaggy's first meeting, the first time they met Fred, Daphne and Velma and follows them on a mission as adults to stop Dick Dastardly from wreaking havoc on the world with a dogpacolypse.
