SCOOBY-DOO 2: MONSTERS UNLEASHED (2004) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch! | Matthew Lillard

Michael & Vivian continue their Scooby-Doo journey with Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), rejoining Mystery Inc. as Scooby, Shaggy, Velma, Daphne, and Fred investigate a new threat involving classic monsters from their past cases suddenly coming to life. Leaning even harder into the cartoon roots of the franchise, the sequel blends goofy comedy, spooky mystery, creature effects, and nostalgic fan service with bigger action and more classic Scooby-Doo villains. This continued reaction stands out for its nostalgic fun, chaotic monster mayhem, and playful mystery energy, as Michael & Vivian react to every creature reveal, comedic moment, and classic Scooby-Doo callback in real time. Directed by Raja Gosnell (Big Momma’s House, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Never Been Kissed, Home Alone 3, Smurfs), and written by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Suicide Squad, Superman, Peacemaker, Slither), the film stars Freddie Prinze Jr. (She’s All That, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Star Wars Rebels, Summer Catch, Wing Commander), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Cruel Intentions, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Scream 2, The Grudge), Matthew Lillard (Scream, Five Nights at Freddy’s, Twin Peaks, Hackers, Without a Paddle), Linda Cardellini (Dead to Me, Freaks and Geeks, Avengers: Endgame, ER, Green Book), and Seth Green (Family Guy, Austin Powers, Robot Chicken, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Mass Effect), bringing together a cast tied to major comedy hits, horror favorites, and nostalgic family entertainment that continues to drive strong reaction and crossover audience appeal. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
