Scott Frost spoke at Big 12 Media Days yesterday and said pretty much what you thought he might say about his time at Nebraska

Frost, back at UCF, was asked about what he learned in his time at Nebraska and said, “Don’t take the wrong job.” He also said, “I said I wouldn’t leave UCF unless it was someplace you could win a national championship. I got tugged in a direction to try and help my alma mater and didn’t really want to do it. It wasn’t a good move.
