Scott worked his way across the Australian wine industry and fell in love with the wines, thereafter, returning to the USA and building a steady presence of Australian wine into his wine lists. In this conversation Scott shares his perspectives, as an Australian wine lover, on what he wants to see happening on the busy East Coast market.
