After a weekend adventure of joining one of Scotts workshops, we learned that wild food grows all around us, especially in spring, fresh edible greens, roots and shoots can be found in urban areas, near parking lots, behind gymnasiums and open fields.  Scott Moran a self taught autodidact forager, tells his story of how necessity inspires invention.
