Scott Simpson: ACC Minister on the number of claimed injuries taking place in homes

The ACC Minister says the accidental injury cover scheme's been allowed to drift over the years, but should be retained.  The latest injuries report shows ACC spent $4.4 billion on treatment last year, and $3.1 billion on weekly compensation.  Scott Simpson says running the scheme costs about $8.3 billion dollars annually.
