Scott Slade's Georgia: No Bars Behind Bars?

Scott's speaking with Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr about the letter he's fired off to the Chairwoman of the FCC, imploring the Commission to grant Georgia and other states the authority to jam cellphone signals in jails and state prisons. Thousands of contraband cellphones are confiscated yearly, and they are largely used to perpetrate crimes and scams both inside and outside the prison walls. The feds already use this limited jamming technology in one of their Georgia facilities; why not give the states the green light to do the same?
