Scott Targets Dems at GOP Convention | US News

Senator Tim Scott is set to deliver a fiery keynote at the Republican midterm convention, painting a stark contrast between GOP policies and Democratic candidates on immigration, crime, and transgender athletes. Targeting key Senate hopefuls like Jon Ossoff, Sherrod Brown, Roy Cooper, and Troy Jackson, Scott aims to frame the midterms as a binary choice between his party’s tax cuts, border security, and law-and-order platform and Democratic leadership’s record. With President Trump also slated to speak, the event is a high-stakes rally to energize the base, unify the GOP message, and secure Senate control before November.
