Scott Waltman was a college dropout who injured his back doing “blue collar” labor and found a job making $5.25 and hour at a Nike Outlet Store. Over the next 25 years he worked his way “up the ladder” to leadership positions with retail giants like Nike and Hot Topic. His focus is building teams, training and development and relentless pursuit of an organization’s objectives. Today Scott is the Regional Campus Pastor Director at one of the largest churches in the USA, LCBC based out of Manheim, PA. Scott is also a high school soccer coach, a grandfather, and dad to three adult children and he’s married to Sonja. He and his wife love to travel, discover great food at independent joints, and they love to love on others with random acts of kindness.
