Professor James Crawford, joint author of HM Government's 'Opinion: Referendum on the Independence of Scotland - International Law Aspects' engaged in a debate with Dr Markus Gehring and Dr Michael Waibel, introduced by Professor Catherine Barnard. The debate discussed the EU and International Law aspects of Scottish independence, as considered in the Opinion.
