Nick Cannon Backlash Explodes This week, the Supreme Court will consider the Trump Administration's efforts to end birthright citizenship.  I'll talk to a human rights attorney about the racist arguments from a 1896 Supreme Court case that supported Jim Crow being used to justify nullifying the 14th Amendment.
