Scouser and The Scot Chat to Eric Faulkner Bay City Rollers

from Scouser and the Scot

In this episode. We chat to Eric Faulkner, former guitarist and songwriter of the massively successful Scottish Band of the 1970s, the one and only Bay City Rollers. Eric talks about the early days in the Rollers, right through their most successful period in the 70s. He also gives us an insight into the troubles that the band had, the real reason why Les left the band, the way they were ripped off by management, record companies, and so much more and the fight he and the others have had, just to get the money they are owed from those heady times. He tells us about his life-threatening illness, which basically meant he lost 9 years of his career, and he brings us right up to date with his latest releases as well. This is a show for Rollers fans of old, for people who want to know more about the music industry and especially for musicians these days.
