It's the first outside hire at the Steelers defensive coordinator position since 2004 and Steelers hire Patrick Graham as New Defensive Coordinator! Patrick Graham is a well-respected defensive coordinator who's held that position for the last 7 years with 3 different teams and 5 different head coaches. Patrick Graham is an upgrade for the Steelers as their new defensive coordinator. Mike McCarthy is wasting zero time to find his coordinators and he's bringing in a lot of familiar faces that he's worked with before.
