In her recent avatar as Content Leader for the  Genpact deal team at Genpact,  she has successfully steered the team on a transformation journey. The team was awarded  the Bid & Proposal Team of the Year  at the inaugural edition of  APMP India’s Conference on Bid & Proposal Management (CBPM), with its theme ‘Moving the Needle held in Mumbai, India. The award honors a cohesive, effective proposal team that demonstrates industry best practices, thought leadership, and a commitment to the professional development of its members.Driven by an insatiable desire for excellence and making meaningful connections, her journey has been fuelled with an unrelenting passion for empowering people and helping others maximize their potential.She is an avid reader, and has a keen interest in Literature, Poetry, Music and spirituality.
