Martinez currently serves as Director of Proposal Management for Wood’s Resilient Environments (RE) Corporate Proposal Center, where she brings more than 20 years of proposal management, capture and business development experience. Marissa is highly experienced in leading high performing teams in the submission of high priority, competitive proposal responses for Federal Government and International customers. She coaches and mentors staff in capture and proposal management execution including the development of value propositions, win strategies, capture plans, teaming, past performance, and pricing strategy. She began her career working in various International Business Development roles in the satellite communications (SATCOM) industry.Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego. She is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the Association of Proposal Management Professionals Practitioner-level (CP APMP) certification.When she is not working proposals, Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, outdoor activities around San Diego, and traveling.
