Reid, PMP, CF APMP  is a senior-level business development professional with over 12 years of providing leading capture and proposal strategy. She has led bid efforts for up to $25B global public sector and commercial deals for Leidos, IBM, and currently, Amazon Web Services. She is skilled in marketing to a variety of government and commercial customers, including Dept. of Energy, Dept. of State, DoD, DVA, and many commercial medical providers, payers, and researchers.Constance has been active in APMP for many years, sat on the 2015-2017 Board of Directors and on the 2015-2017 NCA Board of Directors as Secretary. She was the  Inaugural APMP Future Leader awardee and a part of the Inaugural APMP 40 under 40 class. She has participated as a speaker at the 2018 Bid and Proposal Con in San Diego, CA, presenting on “Building Efficient and Effective Bid Processes” She is particularly proud of having developed the ongoing Mentorship Program for Association of Proposal Management Professionals' (APMP) DC Metro Area Chapter, which was architected and implemented in 2014, and continues in perpetuity and having been adopted by other chapters domestically and internationally and similar associations.When she's not leading and developing winning proposals, Constance spends time with her husband, son, and 14-year-old Pekingese-poodle. During quarantine, she's finding ways to channel her in-home energy into re-decorating, trying new recipes and finding new ways to incorporate learning for her 9-month-old in day-to-day activities.Support the show
