SDI GROUP PLC - Final results for the year ended 30 April 2026

SDI Group PLC delivered a strong investor update for FY26 with record revenue of approximately £75 million, representing 13% growth driven by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. The company reported adjusted EBITDA of £14.1 million, improved operating margins of 15.5%, and adjusted operating profit of £11.6 million, while generating more than £10 million in operating cash flow. Organic revenue growth accelerated to 8% in the second half, supported by robust demand, major contract wins, and strong performance across all three business divisions.
