In Finnland ist alles ein bisschen anders, nicht nur das Licht: Insbesondere findet man hier mit Tapiola (was ein Stadtteil von Espoo ist (wo Nokia sitzt und was ein Vorort von Helsinki ist)) einen funktionierenden, komplett in den 50er-Jahren entworfenen Stadtteil. Da man hier viel Grün und Meer eingebaut hat, funktioniert dieses Projekt, anders als viele vergleichbare Vorhaben in Deutschland. Durch die Folge und den Ort wird Cornelis von Hanna Saari geführt, die in Finnland wohnt und im Tourismus-Büro Espoo arbeitet. Achtung: In dieser Folge wird überwiegend Englisch gesprochen.
