Let’s kick out the jams on a Monday sriracha style! My friend and I used to refer to this sauce as the ‘red rooster sauce’ because the sriracha sauce on the market at the time was from Huy Fong Foods who’s bottle feature a rooster on it. Good times. Anywho, the garlicky, spicy, tomatoey goodness that is sriracha as a potato chip flavor makes all the sense in the world to me…if they can pay it off.
