Oxford and AIMco are planning a multi decade project to overhaul the neighbourhood into one of the most forward-thinking communities in the country. This Mississauga development is going to be the largest downtown master planned community in Canadian history and it looks like it’s going to be SO cool! They’ve partnered with Daniel’s for the first phase of the residential development…and they happen to be one of my favourite condominium builders. There will be residential units, new retail and office building and over half on the new residential will be purpose built rental buildings.
